How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at check out and is dependant on your location and post code.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Depending on your location it can take between 2-7 working days. Please note due to the additional delivery constraints from COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed slightly longer than usual.
Oops I have put the wrong shipping address!
That’s okay! Please email us directly as soon as you can with your customer order number. If your items have not yet been despatched, we can update the delivery address in the system. We pride ourselves in customer experience, so please always get in touch.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information once you complete the order. If you do not receive this email, please email us and we can happily provide this information for you.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been processed?
If your order has not been shipped out from our warehouse, yes you can. If your order has been shipped you will need to wait for it to be delivered, and follow the relevant steps to have the item exchanged.
What is SoL's returns policy?
Any request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly for instructions of how to send your order back to our warehouse. Please note that any extra shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer. All returned item(s) must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. Any items that appear to have been used, or altered in any way will be refused. Once the returned item(s) have been approved, a refund or exchange will be
processed within 14 days.
Please note: During promotional periods, items purchased using a discount or promotional code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Can I exchange for different sizes or colours?
If you wish to initiate an exchange, please get in touch within the first 14 days of receiving your order. SoL accepts exchanges is if your item is returned in perfect, unused condition and in the product's original packaging. Please note that the cost of posting the original item back to us and any new shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. If the exchanging item is of less or higher value you will be charged accordingly upon the exchange transaction.
What is SoL's warranty policy?
SoL Cups will take all responsibility for any agreed, factory faulty products.
In the unlikely event you have received a factory faulty item please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send SoL photographic and/or video evidence as well as detailed information outlining the issue. Upon SoL's inspection and agreement, any issues of this type will first be resolved by SoL providing you a replacement accessory, part or whole product. If this action cannot resolve the issue, SoL will offer a credit note of refund for the cost of the item.
